HELLO!
Do you consider to join Face Yoga classes? No matter your age or gender - it’s always the right time to take care of yourself!
FACE YOGA?… WHAT IS IT? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just like regular workouts tone your body, facial yoga keeps your face in shape. It strengthens muscles, boosts circulation,
and makes the whole structure more alive.
🌿 From your collarbones up, you’ve got over 80 muscles working together—your natural anti-gravity support system that holds your facial shape.
🌿 Moreover, stimulating the muscles, fascia, tissues, and nerves around your face, help your eyes see clearer, ease pain, release the tension, and get a better flow of blood and lymph.
Bonus: your posture improves too.
🌿 The idea is to restore facial volume—lifting contours, rounding cheeks, and smoothing fine lines. All safely, gently, and without needles.
🌿 The key? Use techniques that truly respect facial anatomy!

...HOW TO FIND BEST YOGA TECHNIQUE?
Yogarttractive (in Polish known as Yogatwarzy) is an original method created by
Olga Szemley—the Poland’s first facial yoga pioneers. Over 12 years and across 5 continents, she explored the natural rhythms of beauty to shape this holistic approach to facial care.
Yogattractive is the only facial yoga and self-massage method with a polish physiotherapy certificate.
Yogarttractive has many faces—experienced instructors that include therapists, doctors, and cosmetologists.
A diverse group of women with their own stories, backgrounds, and ways of living.
AND I`M HAPPY TO BE ONE OF THEM!
...and it`s not a weekend course, it's 50 hours of training that finished with the exam.

WHO AM I?...
I’m a product designer, (almost) certified herbalist and phytotherapist—still wrapping up the professional course.
Oh, and a face yoga teacher too;) Quite a mix, right?
I grew up in a home where art and science were always crossing paths. Shelves full of pharmaceutical books, herbs drying on sheets of paper spread across the floor, a sewing machine always ready to go, and jewelry tools scattered from the kitchen table to the basement workshop.
That mix shaped me—multi-industry and always blending creativity with care.
I’m also a passionate kiteboarder, and between sessions, I love helping others unwind after a long, tiring day on the water.
As you can see — these classes aren’t just for women😎️
